As a runner the simplest things a person can do to protect their feet are things that can be done simply and assist to assure comfort while running. The feet need to be cleansed properly, particularly between the toes, and dried after running. Changing socks after the run and not wearing them in the rest period is vital. The health of the feet is affected by the choice of socks and shoes. Cotton socks trap moistness next to your skin and create friction, so they’re not a good choice for running.
